AutoClaims Direct's staff is comprised of former insurance claims professionals who have worked for many of the largest firms nationwide. Our staff have designations including: AIC, Auto Claims Law Specialist, Property Claims Law Specialist, I-CAR, ASE, along with membership in such organizations as The Society of Claims Law Associates, American Bar Association, and the Risk & Insurance Management Society. The average experience level of an AutoClaims Direct field representative is over twelve years with most having worked as staff members at an insurance company. AutoClaims Direct believes that training and continuing education is vital and the corporation conducts regional training classes nationwide for field staff along with personalized training with our Quality Control teams.
