Efficiency and measurable results will become key factors for claims offices looking to be successful during this time. ACD's "Storage Watch" Yields Big Results
Carlsbad, CA [November 6, 2008] --- AutoClaims Direct, the leading service provider to the auto insurance claims industry today announced the full implementation of "Storage Watch".
This new solution for AutoClaims Direct's clients aggressively identifies and resolves total loss claims quickly and efficiently. With 27.4% of all vehicles deemed a total loss residing at a tow/storage yard, there is obviously a prime opportunity for savings in this arena. Each total loss at a tow yard is adding on average, $600.00 per file in expenses to the insurer. Carriers processing thousands of claims per year face millions of dollars in wasted expenses that could be reduced through proactive file handling by the field appraisal firm.
"Storage Watch" is triggered once an adjuster submits a claim or AutoClaims Direct is informed a vehicle is located at a tow or storage facility. The AutoClaims Direct "Storage Watch" system prioritizes and immediately moves the file to rapid response dispatching. The file is then triaged to a Rapid Response ACD damage appraiser who inspects immediately. The inspection is completed with all estimate, photos, storage and tow information relayed to the adjuster in real time to allow for immediate salvage removal. "Our storage watch solution is impressive in that we are able to give client's yet another reason to choose AutoClaims Direct as their sole auto damage appraisal provider. We continue to provide solutions with results that simply make an adjusters job easier while providing real value to our clients. Our "Storage Watch" system shows that if we can work together to quickly identify and respond swiftly to vehicles located in tow/storage facilities, considerable costs can be reduced in loss expenditures." San Diego, CA [February 1, 2008] --- AutoClaims Direct Inc., the leading provider of claims services and business solutions to the claims industry, has again raised the bar with the release of the company's revolutionary new auditing tool, Direct Compliance. Direct Compliance enables clients to create a customized series of compliance rules which are automatically applied to every file. Through these client established guidelines, Direct Compliance automatically alerts handling auditors to all actions taken on a file that do not match the compliance rules set forth by the client. Direct Compliance is pliable and allows companies to adjust their compliance rules over time as their rule specifications evolve. Direct Compliance is light years ahead of the competition and distinctly sets AutoClaims Direct’s claims system apart from any other auditing program on the market.
