AutoClaims Direct, Inc. begins 2004 with the addition of ten new states

December 23, 2003

Scottsdale, AZ [December 23, 2003] --- AutoClaims Direct, Inc. today announced the current expansion of the DirectLink appraisal management system and auto appraisal service to 10 additional states. In addition to full statewide coverage in California and Arizona, AutoClaims Direct, Inc. now services major areas of Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Georgia, Missouri, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Pennsylvania and New York.

"We are extremely excited to announce our expansion. The DirectLink appraisal management system gives us a huge advantage over the competition allowing our clients and auditing staff to track and monitor the entire process in real time. We eliminate the need for contracting with third party data warehouses to process claims and make in no longer necessary to use multiple appraisal firms. By providing everything in one solid, top quality package we have already reduced several of our client's cycle times by over 3 days from their previous vendors. The result from using the DirectLink system speaks for itself," said Tara Esquivel, Vice President of Operations.

The competition in the independent auto damage appraisal sector has been unable to successfully reduce cycle time and maintain consistent quality control. AutoClaims Direct, Inc has set itself apart from the status quo. "We provide insurance companies what others cannot. Cutting edge, easy to use technology merged with a team of high quality appraisers gives us an unbeatable combination. Add this to our management team of former claims supervisors and auditors, and clients understand why AutoClaims Direct, Inc is not your average appraisal firm," stated Esquivel.
